# RA-Resa NADH [Catalog #P046]

**RA-Resa NADH** is a turn-on fluorescent probe for direct NADH detection at physiological pH (7.4). It shows strong fluorescence enhancement with NADH, while exhibiting minimal response to common biomolecules (including NAD⁺) and a much weaker response to NADPH (λ_ex/λ_em = 480/570 nm).

Microscopic images of probe **RA-Resa** (5 μM, 15 min)-stained live OSCC cells after incubation in following conditions. (A,D) No glucose for 30 min; (B) 1 mM glucose for 30 min; (C) 20 mM glucose for 30 min; (E) 10 mM lactate for 10 min; (F) 10 mM lactate and 5 mM pyruvate for 10 min. Scale bar: 50 μm.
